FOOTNOTES

  1. This is an average range, not a guaranteed amount. Occasionally small intimate weddings are less, and larger / multi-day weddings can be more. The amount of photos delivered varies depending on many factors, including the number of photographers booked, and the length of coverage.
  2. 45min Engagement: Choose from preselected locations and dates.
  3. Full-day coverage for the lead photographer begins 1.5 hrs before bride gets dressed, no earlier than 10am, includes first look, ceremony & cocktail hour, and ends 3/4 into the reception, no later than 11pm. The second photographers hours booked with match the amount of the lead photographer, up to a maximum of 8. Additional hours for the second photographer: $60.
  4. 90min Engagement: Custom location and date. 1 outfit change.
  5. Full-Day edit includes prep montage, full ceremony, and full reception (all formal events captured with a dancing montage). Footage is edited linearly, synced with audio, without any other modifications.
  6. Subject to weather and FAA restrictions.
  7. Albums: 20% off does not apply to duplicate parent albums.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All quoted prices assume payment as cash or equivalent. Popular forms of payment include Venmo and Check. A minimal 3.49% + $0.49 processing fee is added to card transactions.
  • PA weddings & or residents subject to 6% sales tax.
  • 25% due upon contract signing. Balance due 2 weeks before wedding.
  • Vendor meals must be provided for all Photographers, Cinematographers and Photo Booth operators at any event lasting more than 4 hours.

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Online Gallery hosted for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Final delivery approximately 2-8 weeks after the wedding.
  • Retouching: any photo manipulation intended to change the way someone naturally looks. This is distinct from the normal editing every image receives to optimize exposure, color, cropping, etc. First and foremost I always recommend addressing any complexion concerns with makeup. I also have developed my shooting style over time to be flattering to skin imperfections. That said, I typically do some light retouching and blemish removal mostly on the closer up portraits. This is free for the first 30 images. All other retouching requests are subject to additional fees.

VIDEOGRAPHY

  • High Definition films hosted on Vimeo and provided for download approximately 8-16 weeks after the wedding.
